"The maid service was horrible. Because this service is only provided twice a week (which is fine) it should have been better. I didn't get new sheets and didn't get new towels. All I got from the service was a made bed. I had to request new sheets and towels. The room was not vaccumed and none of the counter tops were cleaned. If this is standard practice, guests should be informed that maid service is really not a service at all - it is simply bed-making."
